Gifts of Vision brings light to Ajaykrishnan

Ajaykrishnan with his mother:

"Of all the senses, sight must be the most delightful." an admirable quote by Helen Keller!

Our honorable members along with guidance of the Founder are on their journey for years with Gift of Vision to support blind people. Recently, ‘Gift of Vision’ brings light to Master Ajay Krishnan a 13 year old boy from Palakkad district. The eye surgery was conducted at Ahalyia Foundation Eyes hospital in Palakkad after transferring the funds donated by MFG Members through Gift of Vision Program.

Ajaykrishnan lost his father at the age of one and he was blind from birth. Though he got his partial vision after a surgery done at the age of 4 months he was losing his vision again by time. When the doctors suggested another surgery, the partially blind mother who works as a daily labor was unable to do the prescribed surgery for her son to sustain his vision. MFG volunteers with the support of its members have taken the commitment to help this poor child and made all arrangements with hospital. With the Grace of God, Ajaykrishnan now got his vision back to 60% and is improving by time.

With extensive support from its members, MFG collected Rs 90,000 in total equally from its members even though members offered an amount more than 5 Lakhs for this cause. MFG policy is always to collect only the exact funds required for any cause.

With over 151000 members spread over 82 countries, MFG supports thousands of similar unfortunate people and still continuing its journey with a vision of helping needy and uplifting them to the society.

The Creations of the Mind

Scientists have learned a lot about our physical functioning, but most admit that what actually keeps a human being alive is a mystery not completely solved. Rising above being just a product of chemical and electrical activity in the brain, as believed by many of us, spirituality orients me and trains me to come close to my real self, my spiritual self. Before I was a stranger to my own self, unaware of what is going inside my consciousness and distant from my own self.
